While living in Paris Bettina was inspired by a little restaurant below her apartment named Angèle. Angèle was everything a restaurant should be. Every day she would walk by and dream that one day she would open a restaurant and name it Angèle.

Auberge du Soleil Restaurant began in 1981 nestled on 33 acres overlooking the lush vines of the Napa Valley. The cuisine has evolved with a wine country theme where innovative menus inspired by the bounty of the vine are paired with food in ways that delight and inspire longtime devotees.

Donna and Giovanni Scala's restaurant, Bistro Don Giovanni, has a warm and rustic feel. From the traditional wood burning fireplace to the romantic outdoor terracess. The restaurant's menu invites one to take in all the splendors of the Napa Valley, with an Italian and Country French flavor.

Julia's Kitchen is named for the patron saint of the pantry Julia Child. Operated by The Patina Group, the dining room's dramatic open kitchen and access to garden produce makes it an integral part of the COPIA experience.
