The Coyote Point Museum

The Coyote Point Museum is a learning center that inspires each of us to make a lifelong commitment to act responsibly in caring for the earth. We provide engaging, educational experiences for our diverse, multi-generational Bay Area community through wildlife, gardens, exhibitions, and programs that relate to the global environment.

Hours:

• Tuesday – Saturday: 10am – 5pm
• Sunday: 12pm – 5pm
• Closed Monday

Museum Admission:

• $7 Adults
• $5 Seniors (62+)
• $5 Students (13-17)
• $3 Children (2-12)
• Free Under 2

Members always receive free admission.
The first Sunday of every month is free to the community – come join us!

Teachers are always free with a valid Teacher ID.

Please note that parking in Coyote Point Recreation Area is $5 per car. Museum members receive free parking with a current membership card.

The Museum is accessible by wheelchair and stroller. Handicapped parking is available adjacent to the building.

Holiday Hours:

Coyote Point Museum is closed on the following holidays:

• Thanksgiving Day (November 25)
• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (December 24 and 25)
• New Years Day (January 1, 2011)

Coyote Point Museum is open on the following select holidays from 12pm – 5pm:

• Martin Luther King Jr. Day
• President's Day
• Easter
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day (10am – 5pm)
• Labor Day
• Day after Thanksgiving

Coyote Point Museum is easily accessible from Highway 101.

From the North:
Take the Poplar Ave. Exit. Turn right on Humboldt until Peninsula Ave. Turn right on Peninsula. Go over the freeway, then circle into the park.

From the South:
Take the Dore Ave. Exit. Immediately turn left onto N. Bayshore Blvd., then right into the park.
