A Mobil Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond establishment, The Dining Room presents the finest modern French cuisine with a Japanese influence. Enjoy a delectable, prix fixe menu, beautifully complemented by an extensive, award-winning wine list and dessert temptations.

  • The Ritz-Carlton Bar features wine and cocktails in a warm casual atmosphere. Guests may enjoy a Small Bottles/Small Bites menu offering small plates of the adjoining Dining Room’s acclaimed cuisine by Ron Siegel, and one of San Francisco’s largest half-bottle selections of wine and champagne. The a la carte meny may also be enjoyed in The Ritz-Carlton Bar.

Cuisine:

Chef Ron Siegel's menu is steeped in the classic French technique, born from his classical French training in the kitchens of Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, and Michael Mina. The unmistakable touches of Japanese sensibilities and specialty ingredients - the delicate infusions, sauces, emulsions, and oils that match and mingle with many specialty species and salts - result an an everlasting and incomparable epicurean experience.

  • The Dining Room is open Tuesday through Thursday, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Lunch is served Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
